PIR0435	I owned a differant brand and the screen kept blacking out , has anyone had this problem with this one?	1.Please insert TF card before camera is switched on and do not remove the card until the camera is off.if you insert or pull it with dash cam on, this might cause loss of software, the dash cam will turn on and off automatically. 2.Please make sure the front of TF card 3.If one card is not compatible with camera, please remove and insert again. If it still doesn't work, please change another card and try again. 4.New TF card should be formatted first before using. 5.Please close parking monitoring function and motion detection funct ion when the camera is recording on the road. PIR0435	I set by mistake default now in chinese how do i reset to english ? please, help!!!	Please follow the below steps to change the langue to English. 1)Please connect the dash car to the car cigarette lighter, turn on the dash cam. 2) Press the key "MENU" one time, then second time, the "setting" will be selected. PIR0435	My camera keeps going to standby mode why does it do that and is it still recording?	Make sure you are using their plug in your cigarette lighter and not your cars USB connection. The blue light should be blinking and the red light on when charging. After the unit is fully charged the red light goes out and the blue light continues to be on and recording. The screen will go black after a short period as long as the blue light is on, the unit is recording! PIR0435	Do you need a computer to play back, can I play the video back on the camera itself to show to a cop in case of an accident?	Yes, you can play the video directly on the machine itself. 2.FAQ的内容要有参考价值，不能是产品描述里面很明确的信息，比如描述已经明确了电池容量是2000mah，再提问电池容量多少回复2000mah，就没有必要了，但是可以提问多久充满电是不是足容量等。
3.多列举客户常见的问题，参考系统里面的产品信息审核，自己客户问过的问题，也可以把问题和回复发给对应的类别专职业务，由专职业务添加到FAQ。
4.多参考其他平台的FAQ, 比如Amazon，但不要原版复制亚马逊和其他电商的FAQ。
5.在搜集FAQ的时候，发现其他平台热卖的产品，如果我们没有，推荐给产品经理和专职采购去开发，发现热门关键词，设置到系统热门关键词一起维护。

1、检查产品标题和描述是否准确，是否有错误信息或者漏掉关键信息，如有，审核产品通知文案修改

3、添加FAQ内容，一定要是客户关心的问题，答案要准确和有参考价值
4、检查一起购买的内容，是否有关联紧密的产品，可以设置为一起购买，例如和安卓手机设置一起购买的产品有：数据线，充电器，TF卡等
5、到同行网站，亚马逊，速卖通网站比较，和采购多沟通，挖掘新品和更有优势的价格等，如有，审核到系统里

上述类别上传到阿里环球的产品，只有被分配到的小组才能上传
和推广专员多沟通，收集视频等素材，争取将自己负责的产品多推到专栏，广告图，社交平台等，多曝光
