(4)铰链的连接方式应与框、扇的材质相匹配，如钢框木门所用的合页，与钢框连接的一侧为焊接，与木门扇连接的一侧则为木螺钉固定。
(5)在合页的两片页板不对称的情况下，应辨别哪一页板应与扇相连，哪一项页板应与门窗框相连，与轴三段相连的一侧应与框固定，与轴两段相连的一侧应与门窗固定。
(6)安装时，应保证同一扇上的合页的轴在同一铅垂线上，以免门窗扇弹翘。
